Quantum dot phosphors CaS:Ce<sup>3+</sup> and CaS:Pb<sup>2+</sup>, Mn<sup>2+</sup> for improvements of white light-emitting diodes optic characteristics

<p>The goal of this study is to discover a new method that uses standard phosphors and quantum dots improve the lighting qualities heat manipulation white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs). Despite popularity as good ingredient offers color rendering properties, (QDs) have not been widely employed in fabrication WLEDs, particularly, utilization QDs-phosphor-mixed nanocomposite limited. We propose unique packaging design based on research’s experimental findings. The layer nanocomposites consisting QDs horizontally positioned WLED for optimal heating efficiency. This simulated used four distinguishing LEDs forms: mono-layer phosphorus, two double-layer remote featuring yellowish-red yellowish-green organizations, triple-layer phosphor. In terms luminous outputs, phosphor configuration outperforms other implementations, per finding.</p>
